The supply of homes for sale fell 3.6% in April, a figure some analysts say is a sign the housing market has bottomed out.

WASHINGTON — The Obama administration announced new plans Wednesday to make it easier for up to 9 million people to rework or refinance their mortgages, as the White House began an aggressive effort to stabilize the housing market. Have you tired to refinance or rework your home loan? What rates are you seeing?

A lot of people believe that its not a good time to buy a home based on what is going on in the Market Place. What I believe is that bad news can be good news for those looking for a home. Homes have gone down in Price and Loan Rates are at a all time low, What do you think?
